we had a busy time there,still processing pics from the trip; with me shooting with a D200, he with a D80; now we're wondering who gets a upgrade first to a D300 :)

November 24, 2007 - a Snow goose fles among many

this was a lake full ( really, literally full of snow geese) at Bosque and there were observation blinds to watch them fly around ! Otherwise, most often, the geese take off enmasse with some sort of a herd mind !

I have many more pics from Bosque to process over the next week or so..I will post as I process here and in my Bosque gallery !

the light was certainly better today; the sun came out, it even got a little warmer, all the while snowing in the rest of NM !
