trip to Bosque del apache National wildlife refuge, January 2010. About 4000 sandhill cranes and reportedly 20,000 light geese.
the snow geese were nowhere to be found or heard unfortunately.. the sandhill cranes too in much less numbers than usual for Bosque at this time of the year..but the light at Bosque remains beautiful..
