2 years of the dailies today ! I often think I can't do it any more, but something still makes me pick up a camera everyday :) hopefully the dailies will continue with new and better times !

I love the diagonal movement in this pic. The strong central shadow draws the eye up. The silky texture of the rose gives the picture a nice feel. I wonder if increasing the shadow/contrast a bit might do something (turn the picture from soft and supple to sharp and dramatic)? .

on January 6, 2008Congrats on such an accomplishment, two whole years! :-) I'm actually trying that myself this year, taking a picture a day. I've been doing fine all year long. ;-) Now I just need to start putting them up on smugmug.
By the way, lovely image, I love the soft details of this. Good work, as usual. Keep it up!
