April 3, 2018 - Tulips at Roozengaarde, Skagit Tulip Festival Daffodils in full bloom, tulips only about 1/3rd or less in full bloom. We're early for the tulips, next few weeks will be brilliantly full of color. Still, lots of flowers and fun !
